QuickBooks Accounting App Reviews

I like quickbooks online. However, the mobile view of a couple features, especially outstanding invoices, leaves much to be desired. That particular feature does not fully communicate with whats been entered into the desktop version and still shows/tallies old and deleted accounts outstanding balances. Im unable to actually delete from mobile view, for when I click on a particular old invoice it says something to the effect that "We cant find this transaction. Check to see if it was deleted from Quickbooks online web". Fairly annoying.

Very good for my company on the go I have all I need maybe a catalog will be even better!

Great app , excellent for small business

I use it everyday to keep up with invoices and payments. And I plan to use it internationally when we move overseas to keep my finger on the pulse of our transactions.

I am the only employee of my corporation so my books are pretty simple. I have been using the desktop version for years. I switched to this so I could take pictures of my receipts on the go and have them attached to my books. Generally, Im happy with the online version. Makes doing my taxes a breeze.

For the most part, the app functions correctly after finally resolving the issues with accepting credit cards. Now, it wants to download the company information each morning. It is doing it on all the devices and accounts that our company uses. Its very frustrating when we need to quickly pull up a customers information only to be forced to wait for it to re-download all the info. Hurry up and wait

I use this app everyday to access QuickBooks on my phone and its been great. The latest update changed the button to edit invoices and where to receive payments. Using the iPhone plus to edit invoices is impossible. It used to be at the bottom where it was easily tapped. Now its right at the top and not easy to hit. Receiving payments is now really small squished in the middle of the screen. For me its not easy to use anymore and actually frustrating. Ive used QuickBooks for the lifetime of my business, if it stays hard to use I will have to switch. Businesses cant waste time billing people looking all over the screen for buttons that move around every update.

This app does not seem to sync in real time. For example an invoice setup on online quickbooks does not show here. Even the customer that was added online. For a large company making millions of dollars on these products it is not only unacceptable but it is also fundamentally wrong

This app saves so much time and effort for small business owners and probably business owners in General. Would highly recommend.

Awesome app. Thats what it says it will do. The only problem is when I log an expense it attaches receipts as images and not as PDFs. Also I do not like the image scanner it doesnt trim around the edges of the receipt. I end up having to use a PDF scanner and then attach the receipt in QuickBooks online in a browser.

I really used to love this app. But lately, it seems like its always needing updating. The last couple of updates have been the worst. Are used to be able to add an invoice, save it, and immediately receive a payment. Now I have to go back out to the main menu to receive the payment. Its added A couple of extra steps that are unnecessary. I dont really understand the changes and even though I have expressed my opinion to QuickBooks, nothing has changed. It doesnt sound like a big problem but it adds extra steps to what was once an easy process.

For Quickbooks having been the leader for so long in small business accounting software, I expected more from their online format and their app. While it is great for quick, on the go stuff, you cant add accounts in the app. You have to log into the web version for that. Overall, I expected more and felt I stepped backwards in using online from the desktop platform I had used for years.

Everywhere access, integrated bank and credit card transactions. Easy to create transactions on the road.

Ive found the ability to work remotely as a great plus for estimates, electronic invoices and checking customer records. I have just had issues with downloaded deposit amounts and matching for reconciliation. Automatic entry into register has to GO!
