This a majorly limited version of Quickbooks Online. You really cant do much with it. It also crashes often and is extremely, painstakingly slow. But so is QB Online for that matter.

I love using Quickbook on my phone. Very easy to access and a quick way to send my clients invoice and get a signature! Im definitely paying for this! Its the best app I could have downloaded to take care of business!
The iPhone app doesnt work. Their customer service people admitted it doesnt work. Dont even try to use it - too frustrating and a big waste of time. Online version and iPad versions are good but too limited for price - reports cant compare year over year
Simple tasks like entering a transaction are complex. App and online QB have a slow response when tapping things. Just overall frustrating trying to switch from desktop QB to the app and online QB.
I used the free app and i have made up my mind that i will be purchasing this for my small construction business.
The best accounting system and App there is no realistic comparison. Easy to use.
Just upgraded from wui quickBooks Pro 2011 to QuickBooks online. This program is absolutely fantastic. I love the ease of receiving payments. Love that I can take photos of my receipts paid to vendors. Simply a great product. Customer support was also wonderful in helping me get transferred from 2011
Its a great app but missing some features. I need to see quantity for my products and be able to create purchase orders from vendors and receive inventory.
Okay!! So for like 2 years, your app will not configure with the desktop version and none of the email addresses get updated. So in my case, I had been sending invoices to the wrong person and couldnt figure out why I wasnt getting paid? Fix this like it used to work 3 years ago
Decent app. Not nearly as good as full site, but I guess that is to be expected. I have to repeatedly verify my login from my devices which is incredibly annoying.
Have had this for over a year. Has been working out for me very well. Would recommend to other small businesses.
I love doing my books as I go throughout my day. Sending invoices, estimates and sales receipts on the fly right from my phone, even reconciling accounts! Its probably saved me at least 20 minutes a day. Id like them to allow us to automatically (immediately) download transactions as I make purchases or deposits as I can do with QB for Mac, but I think theyre actually updating that functionality as we speak... I also want to know when an invoice or sales receipt was sent and see it in my sent folder... But I wouldnt go back at this point...too many pluses.

The app could be useful, but is a pain. Does not have an option to add Bills, which is most of what I want to use it for. Constantly asks for password rather than Touch ID, making it a pain to use, or worse - encourages you to use a simple password. Hopefully both will get fixed soon.
Overall I love the app. Ive been using my iPad pro for traveling more but we need this app up to speed. In sales view I would love a simple addition to show next to the invoice if it was sent, opened or not sent. Its a simple change and would save a lot of time instead of having to open up each invoice. Also, would like to see a total amount of outstanding invoices at the top, not just divided out in overdue and due. Id also like in sales view to be able to sort by PO number and invoice number. Would also be nice to have a note icon next to each invoice number that if we click on it, it opens to show the notes we wrote. Another note that I have been requesting on all QuickBooks online apps for a while now is the feature the billings App used to have for free. A simple list of all the clients emails for that particular company in a list with a check box next to each. We can select our repeats to automatically select those for estimates and invoices. But we can easily click to add others or remove them. It helps so much to have all of those email addresses for each specific client to select from. Currently, we have to go in to the clients info page and add the email there or go and copy / paste it into my email. Both do not seem very organized were thought out for an app its expensive considering the free app you took over had it before. Plenty of large companies just bringing freelancers or they have different people handling billing. We need a faster, simpler solution to select company email addresses foe each estimate/invoice. Please address these issues. If so I will change my rating to five for sure but right now there is room for improvement.
If you read the positive reviews they are all slanted to quick books online service as a whole. Some of the comments do not even apply to the app. This app is one of the worst I have ever used I use QuickBooks online and on my Mac or through the web portal it does what I need it to do. I cant think of a single time I have used this app and it did not crash or have a fatal error.
Download twice. When I try to log in says I "need to make payment or my account has been canceled", which isnt true. I open it on my laptop just fine and have automatic payments. What gives?!!
Very useful and a huge improvement over the old-school software system
Straightforward and the "go-to" program for easy billing, estimates, and bookkeeping. The online and app version is pretty cool. However, QB has a ways to go before its no longer frustrating and buggy. The lack of flexibility in terms of invoicing styles is baffling and the confusing and un-user-friendly interface only compounds this. There are at least two dozen small issues that could be simply coded-away to take QB from a 3/3.5-star program to the 5-star program it really wants to (and should) be.
