Great. All work required can be done on the go

Great for my small business

Integrates well with my online booking app and square reader. Helps me to stay organized, spend less time doing administrative duties and more time to focus on what I love to do.

iPad functionality very limited

The app doesnt let you do everything, eg. payroll, tax filing etc. Exactly the stuff that is time sensitive and therefore needed on the go. Unfortunately even the website direct refuses to let you do everything when accessing with an iPad. iPads and iPad pros are as big as laptops yet we cant use them for Quickbooks online - needs to be fixed or users will be forced to migrate to one of the many many other automated online options that let you function through the online portal regardless is device.

Fantastic for on the go.

Customers pay me and I put it right in the app. No waiting until I get home to forget. Love this app.

Subscribed to payroll using desktop at the office, tried to access using iphone app on the field but could not find it. Waste of money!

No support from Quickbooks is BRUTAL

Theres no support options provided from Quickbooks directly. Thats a very poor customer experience, especially when paying $100s per year for this platform. The online community is somewhat helpful, but youre relying on contributions from other random users being accurate, which they may not be. Please step up, Quickbooks.

Too extensive and yet not thoughtful enough

Heres whats needed: 1) mush better limited user access ie. For delivery drivers who simply need to obtain signature but have access to all company info in the activity feed (!) 2) needs to offer lic storage for invoice signatures instead of requiring data connection as this function absolutely kills phones battery life and also often doesnt work in concrete laden loading docks and larger buildings 3) need the mobile version to incorporate the purchase order system!

So handy, but still so far to go

I do love this app. It allows me the mobile access to my accounts and transactions. If I have 5 mins, I simply log on and reconcile what I can. The web based interface is far superior to the app. I find the activity screen very difficult to interpret via the app. I hope development continues, and features are added as this could be a 5* app quite easily. I was a longtime Mint user, but stepped away due to the unreliable data retention. With quick books online, I have found there have been some issues with duplicated transactions.

This is very easy to use and its great. With my iPhone, iPad and Mac, it updates any changes made and works great. Thanks it is made invoicing easy

Great for small businesses

Im a small business with 30 contracts and roughly 15 employees and vendors. Connecting with my bank accounts helps manage expenses; Being able to invoice and send quotes quick from my phone on the go is amazing and helps get paid quick. When a customer calls and asks to resend a invoice; I can log in and do it, and or make any changes needed from my phone. 100% this product is amazing. 2 issues I found; not being able to charge interest on past due accounts. This is only with Quickbooks online. Line items printing twice on invoices. For some reason; when my invoices have over 25 line items, when printing; it prints the last item on page 1, again as the first item on page 2. This would happen again of you had 50 items or as many items you need to get to page 3. Some customers thought I was double billing but when you add the totals up it was not in the total. Just printed twice. Call Quickbooks and they couldnt help. Very rarely do we have that many line items. Worth mentioning!! Great product. A+

Wont sign in, incorrect subscription error.

Like the title says, cant login tells me my subscription may have expired. I can log in through website easily.
