Would be nice if app supported TouchID since it will not save your password and logs you off automatically.

QBO app is invaluable for me as a small business owner. Having access to all my funicular data, customer records and invoicing is fantastic! The app works flawlessly.

Basic features like looking at an account are missing. My chart of accounts are listed but clicking to view transactions says this account not viewable in the mobile app.

I am still a huge fan of the desktop version! The one great thing about the qbo is the online feature! It still needs improvements. If you have multi companies you have to pay individual packages for each company and log out to be able to log on the other. There is no switch between companies feature on the phone app like on the desktop and the full QBO site.

Not very user friendly... Makes me download my companies data every time I login and TAKES FOREVER and sometimes crashes while downloading it so have to restart the download again. QBO is great but they really need to work on the app cause I could really use it when on the road. But incapable due to its functionality at the moment.

Have been using QB for about a year now. Has been a great tool for an on the go company like mine. Now with the self employed online platform, I might switch up. Still looking at which will serve me best. Overall great product and customer support gets an A.

Really helpful small business tool. The syncing with online version works well and the ability to take a photo of receipts and tag them to an account.

Although the web based system works pretty well from a desktop or laptop it is very unfriendly on the iPad.

We switched from a cheap little program called Easybooks as we are now using a bookkeeper and a CPA. We thought it would be better for us as a business. Now we hope it gets better because I think we have had the worst. First we are limited on what can be uploaded. For us it was nothing. Hand entering it all. Two years of business. Next our bookkeeper went to upload our bank statements and expenses with all of us thinking it would merge the info. Well it deleted everything we had worked for 3 weeks to enter. We called Quickbooks and their answer was sorry enter it again. So I now have to tell my staff to redo everything again. I could not understand why such a large company like they are cant program an automatic backup for mass data loss as our bookkeeper was using an accountant login and not an inter-company. Anyway damage is done now we are spending the weekends re-entering. Thanks Quickbooks

I launched my law firm a few years ago, and went back and forth about which accounting software to use. I tried both Xero and QB, and settled on QB, because of: -built in payment processing - more intuitive layout - easier to understand tools, for non accountants. Id love to to see the mobile version incorporate some of the web versions UI, but Im otherwise quite happy.

For what you pay for a QuickBooks Online account, this app for iPad and iPhone is really disappointing. I get an error message almost every single time I try and enter a new transaction. Sometimes it works despite the error message, sometimes it doesnt. But I get the error every time. I cant even access the banking functions as I get an error message and nothing will load. The only function that seems to work properly is the Reports section.

Loving the app. I would give it 5 stars if it was able to function the same or close to the online version.

Easy to understand and use...very essential!...

Helps me run my business in paperless mode. Crashes when I push terms while creating invoice or estimate. Please fix this.

Love this app!!

I sign in and all it does is take me to a screen that says it isnt quick books Mac. The only buttons on the screen either take me to a webpage saying the app isnt quick books for Mac or takes me back to sign in.

This app is a life saver. They have done a great job with it. I have tried all kinds of other apps and this is by far the easiest to use!

This was to replace my desktop version. It did not. Just finished the tax year and my CPA said about how difficult the online version was to work with doing the taxes. You cannot bill multiple expenses on a single invoice. Multiple line items mean multiple expenses.
