Life is just easier. Especially when it constantly always making updates just making it easy so I can focus.

Meets our needs for now.

1. Kicking out of the app very often. 2. Not able to email multiple invoices at one time. 3. Limited search capabilities. Cant search notes and description. :(

Great product!

Convenient and easy. My 2 favourite things. I like that I can access it anywhere, and my bookkeeper also has access from her office.

Quickbooks Online has been extremely useful. I have a small contracting business, and I can record an expense in seconds, photo the receipt, create an invoice or estimate, and email these to customers. Syncs instantly and automatically across multiple devices, so its on my phone, tablet and online. The cost is tiny, and it takes care of itself - no more shoebox!

I like this app in general, but the request to review came up just after the screen to choose which company I want to open. I only have one company but due to a double billing glitch, I am left with an extra step every time I log on the app. Not I big deal, I understand, but was no fault of mine and no one at qb can change it... thats what gaffes me. And will apparently continue until, "at some point it will drop off", probably next year. Ridiculous.

Basic invoicing on the go is a snap. Reminders for payables and other features are great. I recommend.

While it doesnt have all the features that the web application does, it is still an invaluable resource to have at my fingertips to ensure I am staying up to date on most of my expenses and invoicing. I am happy with this app.

A new update, and still no delayed charge feature. How many times do we have to ask? FOR THE LOVE OF GAWD, WHY CAN I NOT ADD A DELAYED CHARGE ON THE MOBILE APP?????? This is something you actually WANT to do when youre at a client, not get them to sign for an invoice every time you visit them during the month.

I like having access to my business via my smartphone, however not all features are available (reports) and some calculations dont seem to work properly. After adding payment for clients, the invoices entered afterward are not automatically attached to said payment - even though the overall balance on the account is recalculated. The invoices sit and show as "unpaid" even though the account balance is at zero.

The app is good, no crashes , Only problem is that there has to be away to enter supplier bills , posted to accounts payable, not only as cash credit card payments

I love being able to enter my expenses and invoices from my phone. Very convenient and makes tax time much easier!

Would be nice if you could do payroll and be able to do transfers for paying your visa

Although it does have obvious business needs covered. It doesnt offer the next step in organization. Without the ability to create work orders, or track services performed. It remains a minuscule part of my daily business. It really doesnt have anything that separates itself from other simple invoicing programs or applications. Its cloud based convenience remains the reason for my usage.

Missing Bills (that you print cheques and pay later). Missing payroll. This would be fine except theyre raising the price on everyone in a few months.

Useful for small business. Able to use mobile app and coordinate with online.
